Mistra Urban Futures ombildas och byter namn till Urban Futures Nyhet: 2020-02-20 Forsknings- och kunskapcentrumet Mistra Urban Futures har under ett decennium arbetat för hållbar stadsutveckling, med bland andra Chalmers och Göteborgs universitet som partner. Mistra Future Fashion är ett tvärvetenskapligt forskningsprogram, initierat och till huvudsak finansierat av Mistra. Programmet har en budget på 110 mkr och sträcker sig över 8 år, från 2011 till 2019. RISE Research Institutes of Sweden är värdorganisation för programmet som har 14 forskningspartners och fler än 50 industripartners. Mistra Urban Futures vill – liksom Chalmers och Göteborgs universitet – framhålla att delegationens förslag om en Agenda 2030-kommitté beskrivs utan att tydligt peka på högskolornas och universitetens roll(er) i kommitténs arbete.
Samproduktion av kunskap ser vi fortfarande som ett vinnande koncept för att uppnå en Mistra Urban Futures ska utvecklas till ett världsledande centrum för hållbar stadsutveckling i dess varierande former och sammanhang.
